  * This was my first show.  I had known about the band for probably 4 years, but I didn't know anyone there.  I remember being terrified of Semra.  I remember feeling like a total outsider, and I remember that not mattering in the least.  I danced my heart out, which is exactly what I wanted to do.  -D¢ 
  * My second show. I saw them open for New Model Army at Southpaw earlier that spring and was impressed. I was watching from the sides for a while then the spirit of the great pumpkin took over and I jumped into the thick of it. The music, the presence, the joy, the full contact dancing, the carefree stagediving. This was the kick in the ass my life needed. -Doug G
