Memories



 None of the college kids had any idea what was going on, and most of 
them ran away.  Somehow, lots of crusties found out about it, and were 
there in surprising numbers, given the remote location.  There was a no 
moshing/crowd surfing/stage diving sign or two, but they were torn down 
pretty quickly.  After a bit of rowdiness, they shut off the PA, but it 
got turned back on.  Eventually, some knob wound up crowd surfing again,
 and the show was shut down for good, but they played most of the set.  
Closed with the waltz after the power was cut.  Teh Punx were being 
completely unnecessarily belligerent to the police officers who were 
just standing around laughing.  The human pyramid was pretty tall.  No 
one got shot.  The band had been paid beforehand.  So all in all a 
successful trip.  -D¢
