- Dano, Emily, Kriss and I formed the human barrier to ensure the crowd didn't crush the band or knock anyone's mic stand into their teeth. I hadn't met [Leeah Swift] yet, but that kid was on top of us a lot of the time, super-enthusiastic, until she danced herself sick. I had my head down, bracing myself to keep people back, and didn't realize she needed to get out until Jack had grabbed me and yelled into my headface “this kid's gonna throw up!” Also, when I wasn't acting as a mic-stand-buffer, I got to make out with a pretty girl- I don't think we ever exchanged contact info, unfortunately. One more memory, I'm pretty sure this was the show where some kids took me to a supermarket to buy them alcohol, and it turned out the place didn't sell any booze, just mixers. - Nick Nonesuch
